At the northern end of Aberystwyth promenade, where Constitution Hill starts to climb, AberPoeth’s sauna looks out over Cardigan Bay through a full-height glass front. It’s an Arbor X, made by Heartwood Saunas in Corris, with a cedar-shingle roof and room for up to ten. Gethin and Iolo ap Dafydd set it up after Gethin’s year in Denmark. Their café, Y Nyth, is alongside for coffee and cake.
