Cwm Nash is the wooded valley that runs down to the sea below Monknash, ending at a quiet pebble-and-sand cove on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. It’s a walk in — roughly twenty minutes down the valley path from the village or the Plough & Harrow — with no road to the beach, and a small waterfall drops over the cliff onto the sand. The tide covers much of the beach, so check times before scrambling far.
