The Plough and Harrow is a whitewashed longhouse at Monknash, built as part of a monastic grange that belonged to the Cistercians of Neath Abbey. Grade II listed and dating to the 14th century, it’s a well-known walkers’ pub near the Heritage Coast, kept for its long range of ales. The valley path down to the sea at Cwm Nash starts close by.
