Cefn Sidan is a long, dune-backed beach at Pembrey — miles of firm sand at low water, with views across the bay to the Gower. It forms the seaward edge of Pembrey Country Park, which handles the parking and the walk out through the forest behind. Kidwelly station is about 5km to the north-east.
