Ramsbury is a long village in the Kennet valley east of Marlborough, an old Saxon place that once had its own bishop before the see moved to Salisbury. The Ramsbury Estate runs a brewery and a distillery here, growing its own barley and wheat and drawing its water on site for beer, gin and vodka.
