The Hot Place is a converted horsebox heated by a wood fire, parked with its tents at The Nest café in Thurstaston on the Wirral. Community sessions take up to six people, and you move between the sauna and the cold plunges, with the café next door for coffee afterwards. Wirral Country Park and the Dee estuary shore are a short walk down Station Road.
