The northern full stop of the Clwydian Range, Moel Hiraddug rises above Dyserth carrying one of the biggest hillforts in the chain, its ramparts strung along the ridge. Quarrying has bitten into the western side, but the crest stays open-access hill, with the coast and the Point of Ayr laid out below. Prestatyn station is about 4km to the north.
