The North Wales cheesemaker behind Black Bomber and Red Devil, its waxed truckles now sold well beyond the region. The factory shop sits near the coast at Rhyl, with Rhyl station barely a kilometre away. Handmade in small batches, and worth a detour if you’re after the real thing rather than the supermarket version.
