A wood-fired sauna run by two Lower Largo locals, a short walk from the sea on Largo Bay

Antonia and Steve Pettifer, who have lived in Lower Largo for more than twenty years, run this sauna just beyond The Temple, a few steps back from the beach. Heat comes from a Narvi wood stove, and a big front window looks straight out over Largo Bay. You can cool off in the sea between rounds. There’s no parking beside the sauna, so use the public car park at The Temple and walk the last few minutes.
