Eir Sauna is a barrel sauna at Rossmay House on the A814, right at the edge of Loch Long, the sea loch that reaches up to Arrochar. A circular window looks out to the Arrochar Alps. To cool off you can plunge into the loch, sit in the plunge bath or tip the cold drench bucket over your head. Book a seat in a one-hour communal session or take the sauna privately.
