The old Coalport china works sit right on the Severn, two big bottle kilns still standing, and now hold a museum of the fine porcelain made here through the 19th century. It’s one of the Ironbridge Gorge museums, a short way downstream from the Iron Bridge itself, and pairs naturally with a walk along the river. Ticketed entry.
