Natural sea arch shaped like a bow.
Just off the shore at Portknockie, Bow Fiddle Rock is a quartzite sea arch named for its likeness to the tip of a fiddle bow. Herring gulls and fulmars nest on it, and a short path from the village drops down to the viewpoint — an easy stop, and a favourite with photographers at dawn. Along the same coast you’ll find Cullen Beach and its viaduct a few miles west.
