Portsoy’s 17th-century harbour is the oldest on the Moray Firth, and this is a harbour-side pub in the middle of that old fishing town — a fine place to wind up after a wander round the quays. The Banffshire coast along here is gorgeous. Keith station is a fair way inland, around 22km to the south-west.
