Beside the arched bridge over the Wharfe at Burnsall, the Red Lion is a much-loved riverside inn with a garden running right down to the water. It’s a lovely spot for lunch after a walk along the river, and there are rooms if you’re tempted to linger. Skipton station is about 11km to the south-west.
