The Fox & Hounds sits at the top of the long green at West Burton, one of Wensleydale’s prettiest villages, a few steps from the tumbling Cauldron Falls at the far end. It’s the village local — ale, food and a warm welcome for walkers exploring Bishopdale and Waldendale. Nearest station is Garsdale, well over 20km west.
