The village local in Nethy Bridge, a traditional Victorian hotel bar on the quiet eastern edge of the Cairngorms. It sits close to Abernethy Forest, one of the best surviving stretches of old Caledonian pinewood, so it’s a handy stop if you’re out looking for ospreys or capercaillie. Straightforward, friendly, and a good base for exploring this corner of Strathspey.
