Anagach Woods are community-owned pinewoods on the edge of Grantown-on-Spey, with a network of waymarked walks through old Caledonian forest. Keep an eye out for red squirrels, and it’s prime capercaillie habitat, so stick to the paths, especially in spring. Open access, straight from the town.
