Boats work their way down the ten-lock staircase at Foxton all day, and the inn sits right beside it with a covered terrace looking over the flight. It’s a good spot to watch the Grand Union traffic with a pint, and busy on summer weekends. Market Harborough station is about 5km to the south-east.
