Garreg Las is a 634-metre mountain in Carmarthenshire. It counts among the 316 Hewitts, hills in England, Wales and Ireland of two thousand feet or more. It is one of twelve hills the Albion Guide maps in Carmarthenshire. The surrounding countryside is part of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.
