Priorwood is Scotland’s only garden given over to growing flowers for drying, tucked beside Melrose Abbey with an old orchard of historic apple varieties. The National Trust for Scotland runs it, and much of what’s grown is picked and dried for arrangements sold on site. It opens seasonally — easy to combine with Harmony Garden just across the way.
