One of the largest walled gardens in Britain, Gordon Castle’s eight-acre plot near Fochabers has been restored into long rows of fruit, vegetables, herbs and cut flowers. There’s a cafe cooking with the produce, and you can wander the paths through the growing season. Paid entry. The Gordon Arms Hotel is just up the road in the village.
