The Courtyard Dairy is a farmhouse-cheese shop and affineur on the road near Settle, championing raw-milk British cheeses and ageing many of them on site. There’s a cafe and a small free museum on the story of British cheese, so it’s more of a destination than a quick stop. Open most days. It’s close to Austwick and the Norber Erratics. Giggleswick station is under 5km south-east.
