Gordon & MacPhail has traded in the centre of Elgin since 1895, part whisky merchant, part old-fashioned delicatessen. It’s best known as an independent bottler, ageing casks from across Speyside and releasing some remarkably old single malts, but the shop itself is a fine food hall to browse. Retail only. Elgin station is about a kilometre away.
