Beadnell Bay
Local highlightBeadnell Bay is a wide, gently curving bay of golden sand, sheltered enough to make it a favourite for kayaking and paddleboarding. At the northern end the old harbour is backed by a cluster of 18th-century lime kilns, now in the care of the National Trust. The village of Beadnell sits just behind, and Seahouses is a short way up the coast for boats and chips.
