Stocks Mill is the tallest post mill in Kent, standing on the Isle of Oxney above the Rother Levels at Wittersham. Built in the late 18th century, it’s now restored and holds a small display on the mills of the marsh. It opens on advertised days. Appledore station is about 7km to the east.
