Also known as Upthorpe Mill, this restored post mill stands above Stanton near the Norfolk border. It was built in 1751 and worked commercially into the 20th century; a band of volunteers returned it to working order by 1990, and it’s demonstrated on open days. Thurston is the nearest station, roughly 10km to the south.
