Come to Rhossili for the view: the village sits on the cliff above a three-mile sweep of sand at the western tip of Gower, with Worms Head tailing off into the sea beyond. There’s a National Trust shop and cafe at the clifftop, and the walk out to the tidal causeway of Worms Head is the classic Gower outing — check the tide tables first. Rhossili Bay itself is down a steep path from the village.
