Llangennith is the surfing centre of Gower, set behind the dunes at the north end of Rhossili Bay where the Atlantic swell rolls in. The village gathers round a large medieval church, St Cenydd’s, and a big campsite and surf shops keep it busy through the summer. The nearest railhead, Pembrey & Burry Port, is a fair way round by road.
