Coldharbour is a hamlet high on the greensand shoulder of Leith Hill, one of the highest settlements in the South East. It has a famously steep hilltop cricket pitch and the Plough Inn, with forest tracks leading off towards Leith Hill Tower. The lanes up are narrow; the nearest station is Holmwood, about 2.5km east.
