Chiddingfold is a Weald village set round a triangular green and pond. The Crown Inn on the green is medieval and reckoned one of the oldest inns in the country, and the church has a window pieced together from fragments celebrating the district’s medieval glass-making. Ramster Gardens lies just to the south. Witley station is about 3km north-west.
