Thursley is a small heathland village between Hindhead and the Devil’s Punch Bowl, bordered by Thursley Common, a boggy national nature reserve known for its dragonflies and heathland birds. The village has timber-framed cottages and a church with rare Saxon windows. Witley or Haslemere stations are each about 6km off.
