A wood-fired lochside sauna in the grounds of the Scottish Crannog Centre on the north shore of Loch Tay
Save this place
WildEmber Bothy sits in a small pocket of woodland at the bottom of the Scottish Crannog Centre’s car park at Dalerb, near Kenmore, looking out over Loch Tay. After the heat you can walk into the loch in borrowed wetsuit boots or use the plunge pool instead. Toilets, an outdoor shower and a cafe are at the Crannog Centre, and there’s a log-burner tent beside the sauna for yoga and sound sessions.
