White Scar Cave is a show cave near Ingleton, visited on a guided tour of around 80 minutes that follows underground streams and waterfalls to a big chamber hung with thousands of straw stalactites. It’s a walking tour on made paths, with steps and a few low, narrow stretches — fine for most people, but wear warm layers and shoes with grip. There’s an admission charge and tours run through the day. Ribblehead station is about 7km north-east.
