West Midlands Safari Park is a drive-through zoo beside the Severn near Bewdley, where you follow a road through paddocks of lions, rhinos, giraffes and the like before reaching a walk-round section with a theme-park area attached. It’s a full family day out, open daily in season with an admission charge. Kidderminster station is about 4km east, with buses on towards the park.
