Planted in 1971, Astley is one of the oldest commercial vineyards in the country, on a south-facing slope of the Severn Valley between Stourport and Worcester. It’s a small estate of around five acres, known for cool-climate whites off long-established Madeleine Angevine and Kerner vines. Tours and tastings run Thursday to Sunday, booked ahead. Hartlebury station is about 6km to the north-east.
