Walk over the main ramp at Sea Palling, turn left, and the pink sauna is on the sand. It’s wood-fired, takes up to eight on private hire, and runs shared, sunrise, sunset and full moon sessions. The operator warns that Sea Palling has strong currents and rip currents, so check the lifeguard board and the tides before a dip. Water is carried onto the beach by hand, so bring your own.
