Teth, pronounced ‘cheh’, is Gaelic for hot, and the sauna seats six on facing benches in a converted horsebox. A track leads down to a sheltered bay for a sea dip, and there are buckets of cold water by the door. Forvie Outdoors runs it alongside paddleboard and kayak trips, and you book by message.
