A wood-fired sauna among the fishing sheds at the East End of Wells, looking over the salt marsh
Save this place
Down at the East End of Wells-next-the-Sea, among the fishermen’s sheds, this wood-fired sauna looks out over the salt marsh and the harbour channel, where seals sometimes turn up. You cool off under a cold shower rigged in an old wooden boat, or in the quay itself when the tide allows. The Flo and Joe food van parks next door, and there’s no parking at the sauna itself.
