Escape Sauna’s two cabins stand on the clifftop at Drift, the coffeehouse above Quarrel Sands between North Berwick and Tantallon. Escape to the Bay is the original wood-fired sauna, looking down over the bay, and Escape to the Bass is a newer four-person electric sauna facing the Bass Rock. Open sessions take up to five people, and there’s a cold plunge alongside for the contrast.
