Seacliff is a quiet sandy beach east of North Berwick with a gorgeous outlook to the ruins of Tantallon Castle and the Bass Rock. Tucked into the rocks at one end is Britain’s smallest harbour, hand-cut into the sandstone. You get in down a private toll road with an honesty box for parking, which keeps the crowds down. North Berwick station is about 6km to the west.
