BYRE’s Balgone sauna is on the estate farm south of North Berwick, a short level walk from the parking area and next to the HERD farm cafe. It’s a high-output wood-fired sauna for six, with a filtered cold plunge and indoor changing, and the view from outside is of fields with highland cows grazing. You can book a single seat in an open session or hire the whole sauna for your group.
