Classic Victorian pier with end-of-pier theatre.
Cromer Pier reaches out from the seafront below the town’s tall church, a Victorian pleasure pier opened in 1901. At the far end sit the RNLI lifeboat station and the Pavilion Theatre, which still stages a full-season end-of-the-pier variety show — one of the last of its kind in the country. Walk out for the sea air and the view back at Cromer; the station is about ten minutes inland.
