Sauna Box built this wood-fired sauna on Sheringham’s East Promenade and ran it for years. Since April 2026 it has been run by Louise, who grew up in the town and swims in the sea all year. It holds up to eight, there are two easy ways down into the water from the prom, and a beach shelter next door gives you somewhere dry to change.
