A 15th-century thatched pub in the village of St Hilary, a couple of miles east of Cowbridge. The Bush keeps its low oak beams, flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace, and serves food and ale in the old rooms or out in the garden. Grade II listed. Llantwit Major is the nearest station, about 6km to the south.
