The Hare and Hounds has been a pub for over 300 years in Aberthin, just outside Cowbridge, and now holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Chef Tom Watts-Jones changes the menu daily around produce from the kitchen garden, a smallholding up the lane and local farms, with bread, butter and charcuterie made in-house. The same team runs the Heathcock in Llandaff.
