One of the oldest vineyards in Wales, Llanerch was first planted in 1986 at Hensol and makes the Cariad range of wines. Restored in 2010, it now doubles as a hotel with a restaurant, and runs tours through its 28 acres of vines. Pontyclun station is about 2km to the north-west.
