MO is the intimate tasting-menu room at Dormy House, a Cotswold country-house hotel and spa set high above Broadway on a private estate. Just a dozen guests sit down to an eight-course menu, with easier dining and the spa alongside. The Cotswold Way runs close by, and it is a short climb to Broadway Tower before or after a meal.
