Holm brought London restaurant know-how to a converted former bank in South Petherton when Nicholas Balfe and his partners moved west, opening in 2021 with a light, contemporary dining room, a kitchen counter and a rear terrace, plus rooms upstairs. The cooking is firmly seasonal. It sits right in the village, with the River Parrett Trail passing the door and the gardens of Barrington Court a short way west to build a walk around.
