Babbity Bowster is a Merchant City pub with rooms, built on the site of an old monastery and named after a traditional Scottish dance. It’s known for folk-music sessions and a rare city-centre beer garden, and does Scottish food through the day. High Street station is a couple of minutes’ walk to the north-east.
