Boddington Reservoir sits in the far south-west corner of the county near Byfield, dug to feed the Oxford Canal. A path runs round the water, which is used for coarse fishing and dinghy sailing, and it stays fairly quiet. Access is free and open. Banbury is the nearest station, about 13km south.
